Although the final events preceding Jesus Christ’s return have not yet begun, the Bible warns that world conditions can change suddenly and that each of us has limited time to respond. The emphasis is on the personal choice before every individual—to stay spiritually awake, repent and actively prepare for the coming Kingdom of God by living according to Christ’s teachings now.
